Big hype, little substance

Despite the clean facilities and the remarkable kindness of the staff, the sleeping experience left much to be desired. The mattresses were uncomfortably hard, resulting in a sore awakening. Still, I must commend Alexander at the desk for his exceptional service and swift resolution of my concern with a night’s discount.

i had a great stay at the fairfield inn! the hotel was super clean and quiet. the friendly staff made my day with their helpfulness. the hot breakfast was a nice touch! it's conveniently located just down the road from a fantastic mall with tons of eating options.

Also, the Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent—definitely not ideal if you’re trying to get work done or stream a favorite flick.
